TABASCO® Original Red: Spice Up Your Food and Game Day Party Menu

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TABASCO® Original Red. All opinions are 100% mine.

We love spicy foods and we’re always known to have the best spicy game day snacks during the Superbowl. Our friend and family seem to always love our snacks and are always asking how we give our foods that little kick and enhance the flavor of the food. A few secrets will stay with my husband and I but one is of course TABASCO® Original Red

One of favorite snacks is wings of course, which is a game day favorite as well.. for our dipping sauce we use Blue Cheese dressing and TABASCO sauce. We add a dash of TABASCO to a log of foods like eggs, sandwiches, salads and more. We make a great chicken salad (shredded chicken, 1 can of Vegall vegetables, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper to taste) that goes great on sandwiches.. dash a few squirts of TABASCO on there and it’s the perfect chicken salad sandwich in my opinion! It’s also great on Pizza, if you make homemade pizza add a little to your pizza sauce to give it a little kick.

If you’re looking for some simple ideas and recipes for game day or family nights than check out this  Game-Day Party Menu and the Pizza Perfected page.  There is also a coupon for $.50 off a bottle of TABASCO!

Did you know?

  • Original Red was the first sauce introduced by the McIlhenny family back in 1868 and continues to be their most popular sauce of 6 total sauces.
  • TABASCO® Original Red is not about heat for heat’s sake. It’s about what heat does to the flavor of food. The simple combination of salt, red pepper, and vinegar are perfected in a 3-year aging process that produces a hot sauce with the uncanny ability to bring the most out of your food. Other hot sauces add their own specific flavor to food. TABASCO® Original Red simply enhances the flavor of food.

Do you have any favorite recipes that include TABASCO..or do you have any favorite foods that you love to add TABASCO to in order to give it a kick or bring out the flavors? We’d love to hear your ideas!
