Superbowl Sunday is just not for men anymore. Women and moms from all over enjoy the game, the commercials, the entertainment and getting together with the ones you love to watch and snack, including myself. Our tradition usually involves having the house open to guests throughout the day with snacks and drinks set up while watching the pregrame shows and entertainment.
This year is no different, except the weather here in Illinois hasn’t been all the great the last few days, we’ve had 2-3 inches of ice (more in some areas), 6 or more inches of snow and on top of all that no power and no heat. Not to mention our entire household has been sick! Yes, it’s been a bit of rough week but now that everything is just about back to normal and the clean up process is coming to an end I find myself scurrying around to find quick and easy snacks that I can make in a hurry for Superbowl Sunday; here are a few ideas.

A few things I’ve learned throughout the years.. always keep the Ritz crackers on hand! You can do just about anything with these by getting creative and they go very well with just about any dip.
The same goes with fruit, you can always get creative with grapes and apples and can usually find a quick and easy recipe for a great fruit dip.
Enjoy the game!
