Shoe Tying Made Easy With Tie Buddies

My little guy will be starting school this fall and I’d like him to know how to tie shoes. Enter tie buddies, a Mom invented product that helps teach your child how to tie his shoes.

What are tie buddies you ask? I’m happy to tell you.

Tie buddies act as pull tabs for your little one’s fingers and eliminate the need for loops (remember those bunny ears). Because the tabs have pictures on them you can also create little rhymes or stories to help your child remember the steps to tying their shoe laces. Can’t think up a shoe tying story on your own. No need to worry, tie buddies has done that for you.

Mo is on his way to tying his shoes and I’m sure he’ll have it down in no time. Once your child has the hang of tying his shoes and is ready to move on to tying them with out the buddies but still wants to keep them around you can add them to the laces as little decorations.

About Tie Buddies

Tie Buddies will revolutionize when and how children learn to tie their shoes. With Velcro and slip-ons the average age of children learning to tie has increased with some children learning as late as 9 or 10.

Tie Buddies offer children ages 3-9 the independence of tying their own shoes while quickly teaching them a method which is based around characters and stories depicted on the Tie Buddies themselves. Tie Buddies first offering includes one design each for boys and girls but rest assured more great characters are to come!
