I can honestly say that I’ve never had flan but this image and recipe for the pumpkin flan is making my mouth water!
Pumpkin flan
5 ea- eggs
12 oz- evaporated milk
14 oz- condensed milk
1 cup- pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp- ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp- ground cloves
2 tsp- vanilla extract
1 tsp- corn starch
1/2 cup- granulated sugar( for caramel)
6 oz- cream cheese

Pour sugar in sauce pan and heat up till brown. Place caramel (burned sugar) in molding pans and wait for it to cool down. Add all your ingredients above in a blender. Pulse till everything is well mixed. Pour your mix in molding pans. Place molding pans and mix in a water bath and cook at 350 for 30 to 50 minutes. Check the center of flan and make sure is firm before cooling it down. Serve cold.
