Poppy Drops Child Safe Nail Art & Jewlery

Have a princess at home? My little princess is six years old and loves jewelry, makeup, etc. Actually, it’s really not a love – it’s an obsession! Poppy Drops has come up with some very cool “beauty” alternatives for children so if you’re daughter is a princess like mine – she can now have some child safe nail art, jewelry and they even make perfume sticks.

With my daughter it was always a debate on why she couldn’t dress and do her makeup like adults. I’d let her play dress-up around the house but never to school or anything like that. I just feel like she’s too young for that. While she obviously didn’t agree we settled on her painting her nails for now and nothing else.

For this review we were sent a set of the temporary tattoo earrings.. my daughter fell in love the moment she saw them. Even though they were temporary tattoos she didn’t care because there would be bling on her ears. As she said “This is something I’ve been waiting for my whole life.” Umm.. ok.. (she’s 6!).

Poppy Drops has created a popular line of child-safe items that include temporary tattoo jewelry, perfume sticks, nail art and more.

Items, like the art-inspired temporary tattoo earrings & jewelry, come in an assortment of colors and designs. The earrings, a best-seller for toddler parents, come in more than 200 styles and are veggie-based and 100% aluminum free, unlike many popular tattoo products on the market today.

Poppy Drops’ fun perfume sticks can be tossed into a purse, diaper bag, or car without worrying about the broken bottles or spilled liquids that come along with glass containers. What’s even better is that the sticks use just three natural skin-safe ingredients – which are great for little ones, big sisters and even new moms wanting a light fragrance but worried about protecting their baby’s sensitive skin.

So we put the tattoo earrings on and they’re very cool but I’ve never been one to wear temporary tattoos because I can never get them on right! I know.. silly right. I don’t know what I do wrong but it never ends well. So my daughter took control this time with her wet cotton ball and her favorite design.

I know that the temporary tattoos need to be small, but it was kind of pain to cut each little one out without getting your fingers on it. That’s the only unfortunate thing about these Poppy Drops temporary jewelry tattoos – but it’s not that big of a deal because they do work and my daughter had a blast doing it.

Her friends thought she was the hippest chick ins school too, which she thought was pretty cool.
