Multitasking with My Intel Tablet #IntelTablets

As a busy mom and a busy blogger most of my days are jam packed with activities, errands, writing posts, responding to hundred’s of emails each day, fixing lunches, getting the kids ready for school and their activities and more.

Yes, some days more!

Most days not everything gets done but on a lot of days my Acer tablet provided by Intel comes in pretty handy because it helps me multitask. I always carry one of my Intel Tablets with me that way if I get a spare moment I can do some catching up on whatever I’m behind with.

For instance, today when the kids were at school my husband had a doctor appointment and they were running behind of course. While my husband back in the room waiting to be seen (and probably playing Sudoku) I pulled out the tablet and did some catching up on my email work.

Pretty dark right.. the office keeps one lamp in the waiting room. It’s kind of cozy and always warm in there but it’s nice.

I also managed to get a blog post finished up and scheduled – yay me!

I also use it while I’m cooking dinner or doing some baking.

There’s a cream corn recipe from AllRecipes.com that my family adores but I never write it down, I always use a tablet in the kitchen to keep my recipes saved. So before dinner I will always get my tablet ready and find the recipe saved in my box.

Another example.. the other day we were fixing some garlic Parmesan pasta and the recipe called for heavy cream.. but we were out. So I used the tablet to look up a substitution for heavy cream. I found one that worked perfectly.. if you melt 1/3 cup of unsalted butter and add it to ¾ cup of milk you get a heavy cream substitute that worked out very well for our pasta recipe.
