Renee from Bearable Deals “Hubby and I couldn’t believe the quality of the meat. Nice and red. I am very picky about my hamburger, it just isn’t beef if it is PINK or dull etc in color. Hubby made some of his favorite burgers with just a few spices so we could taste the meat and flavor of the meat. Even with less fat, making the patties was easy and the meat still stuck together. I would say to cook it on medium heat, since there is hardly any fat in the meat, it can cook really fast and stick to your pan. There is NO fat in the pan, NONE, Notta! Awesome, I felt much healthier seeing that process just gone.

The taste? Better than higher fat ground beef anyday! WOW! It was full of flavor, great texture, not gritty or grizzly like you can get in higher fat and cheaper ground beef products. I would buy her products again, especially if I can find it on sale.” Continue…

Very important to me is the fact that the skillet I cooked them in did not fill up with fat. There was minimal shrinkage and a quick cooking time. The aroma was tantalizing, not the greasy smell that occurs with fattier beef. I felt good after eating this burger. If I eat a high fat content beef, soon after I get an uneasy feeling in my stomach. This has never happened after I eat Laura’s Beef. The reason this does not happen is as stated on the label, Laura’s Lean Beef Ground Beef is only 8% fat. The lowest fat content on store brand Ground Beef that I usually see is !0%. Lower fat beef is known to become dry and tasteless during cooking. This is not true for Laura’s. Laura’s beef is not only delicious but after cooking it is moist and not dry.” Continue…

“With Laura’s Lean Beef I can buy what I need when I need it at my corner market and it’s fresh not frozen. According to our youngest son, freezing meat is against the rules…it has to be fresh. LOL! We tried Laura’s 92% Lean Ground Beef and absolutely loved it. We simply grilled the meat into patties in our counter top grill and served it with fresh vegetables and a salad.  One of the issues I had with the other grass fed meat we were buying was it had a “wild” taste to it.
