Rattles from Seattle
You’ll be surprised how simple these little rattles are to make and how great they taste.  Store-bought Oreo cookies are dipped in vanilla candy melts, sprinkled and tied with a bow.  Stand them in Styrofoam covered in nostalgic baby shower mints.
Makes 24 pops
Ingredients
1 (14.3-ounce [405 g]) package Oreo cookies
2 (12-ounce [340 g) packages white candy melts
Pastel star sprinkles
You will need:
Styrofoam
24 Pink and White striped straws
24 pieces blue ribbon
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments at 40% power for about 1 1⁄2 to 2 minutes, stirring as needed until smooth.
2. Insert paper straws into the middle of oreo cookies.
3. Dip the Oreos into the melted candy and decorate the bottom half of each with pastel star sprinkles while still tacky. Stand the Oreo Rattles up in a sheet of Styrofoam to dry.
4. Tie bows around the straws with blue ribbon.
