Cranberry Meatloaf Recipe
Things You’ll Need:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 c. Instant Cooked Rice
- 1/2 c. Tomato Juice
- 1 Egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. Minced Onion
- 1 tbl. Kitchen Banquet
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 can Oceanspray Whole Cranberry Sauce
- 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 tbl. Lemon Juice
In a large bowl combine ground beef, cooked rice, tomato juice, egg, minced onion, kitchen banquet, and salt. Place into a 13x9x2 baking dish and shape into a loaf. In a small bowl combine Oceanspray whole cranberry sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice. Spoon over loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
