My little guy will be starting school this fall and I’d like him to know how to tie shoes. Enter tie buddies, a Mom invented product that helps teach your child how to tie his shoes.

Tie buddies act as pull tabs for your little one’s fingers and eliminate the need for loops (remember those bunny ears). Because the tabs have pictures on them you can also create little rhymes or stories to help your child remember the steps to tying their shoe laces. Can’t think up a shoe tying story on your own. That’s brilliant! My son was very frustrated at learning to tie his shoes. Now that he can do it, he still hates to and gets lazy and tucks the laces in without tying them. These sure would help.
