I’m using all natural, no chemicals cleaning products. We’re also using the clotheslines to dry out clothes during the summer months.
We are using reusable bags at the grocery store and driving less and turning off ALL appliances when not in use!
We use CFLs!

We compost and grow our own fruits/veggies!
Thanks! foxsquirrelrabbit at gmail dot com
I have planted my first garden this year. I am also using natural formulas I have found on line for pesticides instead of buying chemicals for the garden.
Composting, washing in cold water, recycling a whole wack of stuff
We reuse and recycle everything possible.
We don’t use a dryer—our laundry goes onto the clothesline or the drying rack. Thanks for the giveaway!

We have switched from the old lightbulbs to energy efficient types as well as installing dimmer switches throughout the house.
I reuse my plastic bottles and bags! We also have the energy-efficient light bulbs in our home.
[email protected]
We have done a lot to “go green”. We use energy efficient light bulbs, reusable grogery bags, and have subscribed to our local newspaper through the interent so that in cuts back on paper.
I’ve been recycling forever, but I’ve been trying to use actual towels I can wash and re-use instead of paper towels to reduce waste.

We’ve been taking steps towards being more green: recycling, using reusable water bottles, reusable shopping bags, and buying organic more often. Lately, I’ve been trying to find a good recycled paper towel & toilet paper, so I’d love to try these!

Started recycling our soda cans (prob should have been doing this already) and use refillable gallon jugs for our water instead of buying bottles!
We’re working really hard to compost our food in our backyard. The result is some really beautiful dirt to put on our landscaping!

I recycle pretty much everything! We have gotten down to about 1 to 1 1/2 bags of trash a week. For a family of 3 that entertains a lot and cooks at home every night- that is amazing!
Loving people saving the Earth…what a great product and a great way to encourage our kids

I gave up Bottled water about 3 months ago, which was HUGE for me. I got a PUR water pitcher and a cute refillable bottle and I have not purchased bottled water since. I will tell you why. I was thinking one day about all the plastic I was responsible for in the landfills I was ashamed of myself. I drink about 2L a day of bottled water and OMGosh that adds of FAST.
So that was My contribution and to be honest.. I am very proud of myself.
