We were recently sent a Roku Player to review. If you’re like me and have never heard of Roku, it’s a pretty cool digital player that hooks up to your TV and allows you to watch movies from Netflix and Amazon on your television instantly instead of on your computer.
So the Roku player sells for as little as $79 at Roku.com and gives you or your loved ones instant access to more than 50,000 titles including the movies you love, hits they can’t wait to see and amazing TV to keep you or them entertained in between from either Netflix or Amazon Video on Demand.
Set up was extremely easy, it took a matter of just a few minutes (put batteries in the remote, plug in the player, connect to your TV, choose either Netflix or Amazon Video on Demand and choose your movie).
The quality of the movie was good, we did experience some slight blurriness with some movies but nothing that would make me return the item or tell someone not to buy it. This would definitely make a great gift for the upcoming holidays, especially for those movie buffs.
