In the Klutz paper fashions tradition, the Paper Fashions Fantasy book comes with everything girls need to design an entire one-of-a-kind wardrobe, including irresistibly tiny hangers to finish the fashions in style. Unique to this book, though, are fashions that are the stuff of fantasy: goddess gowns, pretty princess dresses, fairy finery, and more. Specially designed papers and stencils make it simple to create everything from flowing cloaks and twinkling tiaras to mermaid tails and fairy wings. And we’ve even added glitter to the glue — a simple way to sparkle up any fashion. For ages 8 to adult.
The Review:
What a fun book! I mean, for kids.. haha. Well, I’ll admit it, I tested it out with our neighbor’s daughter and we both had a great time coming up with new fashion designs and testing different color combinations!
The stencils contain patterns so you can design outfit for princesses, fairies, goddesses, mermaids, etc. You get tons of cool paper “fabric” in different patterns to go along with the themes, ribbons and other little things to accent your designs. Also included is glue and a book full of directions, hints and inspirations for creative designs.
This a great activity for little girls, you will even have fun helping your daughter design the best outfits!
