Aside from the never-ending name, the HP Photosmart Premium TouchSmart Web All-in-One Printer looks good and prints high-quality photos at competitive speeds. We also appreciate the effort put into the downloadable applications for the interactive touch screen, but the innovation is offset by a hefty price tag.
This would be so awesome to have because it could do so much.
I’d love an ap that worked with my Homeschool Tracker to sync it on my iPhone so I could update and print assignments, schedules, etc without my laptop or cords. We are on the go a lot and that would ROCK.

I’m an avid photographer, and many times when I’m doing landscape photography (especially in the Autumn months, with the leaves changing), I can just imagine the colors in nature that I am photographing transformed into an item of clothing or an afghan. Yes….a graph made to measure in squares from my photos would be terrific!

I find great coupons online, but when I go to print them they are too big and print across multiple pages, or the bar codes aren’t readable, or they just never print at all. I realize it is because the companies are trying to prevent coupon fraud, but it is frustrating. I think they should create an application to print photos straight from your cell phone. Some people even with camera phones can’t get online from their phone to upload their pics. The application would be usb connected so you could plug your phone right into the printer. Dont know how it would work but that’s my idea.

I’d love an application that lets me hook my phone up to it and just select and print, or even my ipod.
I’d love some app that allows me to scan any size negative or slide and save and print high quality photos from them. I have tons of old negatives and no convenient way to get them stored onto my PC and to get prints.

The app that I would add would be a crafting pattern one. I would like to be able to choose a pre-set pattern or add my own and have it print out in correct dimensions in different sizes and pattern types for woodwork, sewing, etching, mosaic work, scrapbooking, etc. If it was really a large one it would print it out on different pages and put it together like a puzzle if needed, and it would line up and size and dimensions would be right.

One touch printing of my resume directly from the printer, this way it doesn’t matter if my computer is on, if I’m running out the door to an interview and realize I’m out of resumes, a one touch print of my resume would be such a time saver.
I’m not sure if this is already available but I would enjoy being able to make my own photos into coloring pages for my grandchildren.

well, it would be way cool to have an application that had something like – say – lists and you could have that on your phone and then send it to the printer. so if you were out and remembered you needed something you’d put it in a list and sent it to the printer and that would be added to the list and then when you wanted to go shopping you chose shopping list or clothing list or birthday gift/card list or christmas gift list, to do list…and it would print out with the date of the list, little check boxes or lines. while I appreciate the to do application on my treo I’ve used palm for years and still prefer the hard copy list …so I have a ton around…and keep adding but forget to look at them again. the choices could be endless wines to try, coffees tried, places to visit…that would be way cool. do you think its possible?

I agree that they need to be better with the software to print out coupons. I cannot get about half of the ones I would like because the widget doesn’t work with this printer, even though I follow their suggested ‘fixes’.

What an awesome printer, would love this! HP is the best. I think a great printer idea would be a setting that is specifically for T-Shirt Iron On Transfer sheets. An app that prints several manufacturer coupons on one page, instead of one coupon per page, would be so nice for saving paper & ink! I love printing online coupons, but hate all of the waste.

New printing app: INVITATIONS!! With this economy, so many brides-to-be, mothers-to-be, birthday boys/girls are looking for different alternatives to save money. Many companies, recently, are now selling DIY (do-it-yourself) invitations that can be printed right at home, which is just great. I know I’m doing this for my wedding coming up but unfortunately I just graduated college, cannot find a job, and our printing isn’t the best quality! Any help would be greatly appreciated and HP is just excellent!

I’d like to be able to print right off of my digital camera. plug it into the printer and just print away. or print straight from a flash drive.

I use the DIYPlanner for printing planner pages. Having an app to directly print those would be great! That way, I wouldn’t have to dig through my files or the web to find what I want to print!
