Recently I stumbled across Listia.com, an auction site that lets you get rid of the items you no longer want and get cool free stuff in return. Everything on Listia is being given away by users for free so you can get items for free by using credits, instead of cash, and each item is being auctioned off using those credits for bidding.
Listia.com is cool concept because there are no cash or fees involved… just free stuff being given away by users. Listia also offers charity auctions and a great way to recycle goods that you might otherwise throw away, such as old cell phones, jewelry, baby items, clothing, old TV’s and many more.
So gather up those items that you don’t think you call for cash, and recycle them by giving them away to someone who needs them, and you get something in return!
Right now, when you sign up for your free Lista.com account and add an item to the auction, you receive 300 credits as a thank you for signing up and listing your first item!

If this works like I think it does then it’s pretty cool. I think you get the credits applied to your account from the highest bidder of an item you posted for auction which then you can use to bid on other items that you want.
