ERGOBaby HandsFree System Giveaway

The ERGOBaby HandsFree System includes a backpack, carrier and front pouch. Being a mom means I’m always busy doing something so I was super excited to try out this system. And with twins, I find it even harder to find a free hand to get things done.

The ERGO Baby Carriers are very comfortable fitting and will actually fit older children too so as your child g

rows you are still able to use it.

ERGOBaby HandsFree Sytem Details:

  • 14 ounce cotton canvas for maximum durability
  • 100% cotton batting in body of carrier to soften edges
  • One inch, high density foam in shoulder straps of carrier
  • Quarter inch high density neoprene foam in waist belt of carrier
  • High Quality buckles tested by SGS
  • Reinforcement stitching used at all fabric intersections
  • Interior rip-stop reinforcements at critical intersections
  • High quality black webbing
  • Front pouch attaches around waist belt of the ERGObaby carrier
  • Backpack snaps around straps of ERGObaby carrier

All items are machine washable and can be put into the dryer (gentle cycles) making it a snap to clean because you can just throw it the washing machine and be done with it. It’s also very easy to use and available in a variety of different colors.

I think this is one of the best carriers out there and after trying it out wouldn’t recommend anything else but ERGO.

  78. Michelle says:

When I go shopping I like to keep my son within an arm length. A stroller does not give me that benefit and carrying him for a long period of time adds to much stress to my body. The ERGO carrier is constructed so the baby’s weight is distributed to the hips and shoulders which helps lighten physical stress. I think this is the perfect carrier for me and my son! I also like the feature I can still use it as my son continues to grow.

I want to win because I’ve been a babywearer for 5+ years and never had the opportunity to try an Ergo carrier. They also look more daddy friendly than most carriers. Hubby used to wear the boys in a “manly” ring sling, but Logan is too heavy for it now and he won’t wear my girly APLX.

When Lucas was a baby we went hiking with our playgroup and one of the other mamas was wearing her little one in an Ergo. They looked so comfy and cozy!

My friend’s daughter is having her first soon and this would be a great shower gift for her. The Ergo looks like it would be so comfortable. Thanks for the giveaway.

  169. Crystal says:

I would love to have the Ergo. We have a toddler and a newborn on the way. We will be traveling this spring and this would be wonderful to use instead of a stroller.

    I subscribe.

  171. Storey says:

I love the idea of wearing my baby longer – she’s already getting too big for the baby bjorn and doesn’t even weight 15lbs yet! The packs would also be a great addition since wearing a purse or shoulder diaper bag while using a carrier doesn’t really work.

  172. christin says:

It looks more comfortable for the baby and the person wearing it! and I love that it can be used at different stages…so it’s not something that you’ll maybe use twice and then store in the attic.
    Fingers crossed! ;)

  173. Laura C says:

My husband is looking forward to taking hikes with the baby, and since this is pretty much the only way to get him out of the house for exercise, I’m all for it. I’d love to have one of these carriers for our walks. Thanks for the giveaway!

I would love to win this carrier. My third child is almost a year old and starting to get to big for the front carrier I currently have. With only a double stroller, it’s really hard when I take all 3 kids places by myself (like the zoo) because there is always a point where everyone wants to be in the stroller. Plus my youngest is a big fan of being held, but who can get anything done holding an 11 month old baby all the time?!

  178. Dina says:

Subscriber. Same email as in blogger.

  179. Dina says:

I have tried several different carriers, and have not found one that is comfortable to both my child and myself. Still looking – the ERGOBaby seems to the the solution. Love their HandsFree System and the thick padding.

I would like to win because I have three friends who are expecting and we are also TTC! The more baby stuff, the better. The Ergobaby system looks great because unlike slings there is a specific way to carry the baby, ensuring breathing and comfort are not a problem!

  195. Jen says:

I would like to try this carrier because it holds the baby so close, the one I have has them facing out and seemingly far away from my body. and this one specifically promotes the idea of closeness and trust.

I’d looove to have one, but honestly can’t afford it otherwise… my 4 month old is a little clingy after her daddy deployed, I need my sanity back, I need to be able to do things again-and having her strapped to me instead of in my arms would make it so much easier!

  219. Linz says:

Safe and Easy babywearing from ERGO is tops … so I hope I win … I really do.

  220. nicole says:

I would love to win this because it enables the baby to change positions….which would mean you could use it as they got older. The carrier we have is a cheap one that really puts alot of pressure on my back. I appreciate how this one was designed to avoid this.

I love these carriers! They look easy to wear, secure, versatile, and comfortable. I used to carry my 11 month old in the Baby Bjorn, but since I can’t wear it on my back, I’ve resorted to my homemade sling. It’s nice, but I’d rather be able to carry my son on my back, where his weight is distributed better. Plus all of the storage in the pouch would be great.

  251. Jennifer Monteiro says:

I want this carrier because I have a 2 month old and I don’t like the way her back curves and legs bunch up in the sling I have been using. Ergo carriers support the spine in a natural sitting position.

  252. Jennifer M says:

My best friend has one of these and they are FABULOUS! I looked over the product information and I didn’t know that you could use them until the child weighed as much as 90 lbs. I want this system because I am a strong believer in the philosophy of the ERGO company, in that babies should be close to their parents. Their entire system is made to facilitate that with ease and simplicity, great prize.

  277. We are doing an MS walk in May and I would love this because I think it will be less hot than the moby I currently use. Many of my friends have Ergo carriers, and they all SWEAR by them as the best type of baby carrier available! I have a 2 year old little girl and a 5 month old little boy, and an Ergo carrier would definitely come in handy.
