Book Review: Can You Say Peace – Karen Katz

“Can You Say Peace?” is a great addition to any child’s library. I have always been a fan of Karen Katz books, the vivid illustrations, the simple but educational messages and the interactive flaps that keep my daughter interested.

“Can You Say Peace?” highlights the diversity of cultures and how we all must unite for peace. It includes how to say the word “Peace” in 11 different languages each with eye-catching illustrations to show the uniqueness of each individual culture.  This is a great book to start teaching your children the value of peace at an early age.

This book is recommended for ages  4-8 , however , my daughter (22 months) enjoys this book and while she may not grasp the entire concept, it certainly has opened her mind to it.
