Until Buy Buy Baby opened in my town recently, the BABYBJÖRN Soft Bib was hard to find in my area. So I’ve gotten used to ordering them on the net when I placed my diaper order. Although you really only need one or two, I always order a few extras to keep on hand for new baby and shower gifts.
The BABYBJÖRN Soft Bib is the perfect bib for any child working on his table skills. I purchased our first bib when my son was around 7 months old and we’re still using it as he approaches his second birthday.
The soft molded plastic is ergonomically designed to fit your child’s body perfectly and comfortably. The bibs are dishwasher safe, but just as easy to wipe off and use again. Most importantly, the extra large pouch catches just about everything. My son has even been known to pick the food back out of the pouch and eat it. Literally speaking, the bib can take just about anything your little one can dish (or throw) out!
In addition to its comfort design, the beaded necklace allows for continuous fastening so that it can be individually adjusted to fit your growing child…and is much harder for baby to undo than your standard velco bib.
Each bib costs about $8 and can be found just about anywhere online as well as select baby supply stores. As an additional note: You might have remembered seeing similar products in baby stores a few years ago. But, unfortunately, many of them have since been recalled due to toxicity. Thank goodness I was able to find the BABYBJÖRN, which by the way is PVC free and totally safe!

I really like the BABYBJÖRN Plate and Spoon set. I like that the shape of the bowl makes it easier for baby to scoop up the food, and the rubber base keeps it from sliding.
