Hi! I am the creator behind MomFuse.  I am a stay at home mom to twins and married to a wonderful man.  I love and enjoy everything about life and seeing my little ones grow up.  Becoming a mother has completely changed my life for the better. I do not know what I would do without my family. I decided to start Mom Fuse after my twins were born because I missed working and networking with people.

My childhood was filled with sweet memories of sewing, knitting, reading with my mom, cooking lessons with my grandmother, playing with rabbits and planting vegetable gardens with my dad.

I grew up in a place where you could hear the birds sing everyday, where trees, flowers and grassy fields were abound. These simple joys instilled in me the love to create and see my world in beautiful inspiring colors. I am in love with vintage hunts and up-cycling projects. Giving old things new life, re-using and re-purposing what often times are discarded and sent to waste. I’ve been having a little green love affair for a while now and strive to find the mix to perfectly marinate my passion to create handmade lovelies and my desire for more a sustainable lifestyle. These days, I enjoy nurturing my little organic herb garden, craft projects with HomeEc121, and learning to quilt. I dream to travel in all the little pockets of our world, South East Asia, Africa, and South America to name a few, to discover and learn about these rich cultures’textile arts.

I am a stay at home mom and step mom to four kids. Between my kids, two dogs, and wonderful husband, life is busy at best! We love living in the Chicago suburbs and all the city has to offer. My husband and I like to travel and take the kids on road trips. Although infrequent, we enjoy wine tasting, touring wineries, and going on vacation.
