BabyBjorn Organic Active Baby Carrier Review & Giveaway (5 Winners)

Well my daughter is just about to outgrow this new BabyBjorn Active Carrier we were sent to review, which is a bummer. We just went to the doctor last week and she weighed 25 lbs.. my son is still weighing in less than her coming in at 20 lbs.. but it’s all muscle. I don’t think he has an ounce of fat on him.. and I swear he works out! I’m serious! We will just be doing our thing and see him all of a sudden doing what looks like push ups and stomach crunches.. it’s crazy.

Anyways, BabyBjorn was kind enough to send us over an Organic Active Carrier to check out and review, as well as offer our wonderful readers a very nifty giveaway, lots of prizes to giveaway!

I personally have never tried a BabyBjorn carrier.. I’ve heard only good things about them and we did a review of the Baby Bjorn Plate And Spoon Set back in February.. but never a carrier or the travel crib, so I was excited to check these out and see how well we liked them.

The Review:

Well our review for the carrier didn’t go so well, not because of the carrier itself, but because my daughter is walking and doesn’t believe she has time for anything else other than running around, independently. She had an absolute fit being in the carrier.. my son on the other hand seemed to enjoyed it. He’d rather be carried than have to walk most of the time anyway.

The carrier fit both children very well and was very sturdy.. this was tested while my daughter threw her over-the-top fit because she wasn’t on her feet. Our son seemed to be extremely comfortable in the carrier.. my husband just kept rubbing my sons back and walked around with him.. C almost fell asleep! Hubby and I both thought the carrier wore comfortably.

The fabric is made from organically grown cotton and is certified in accordance with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, class 1 for baby. The baby carrier provides proper support for the small child’s back and head, and ensures that the child’s legs and arms are in a physiologically correct position. When the child is older, the head support can be folded down so that the child can be carried facing forward, allowing him to look around. Wash separately. Use a gentle, bleach-free detergent.
