Dora The Explorer Super Babies’ Dream Adventure DVD Giveaway!

And the winner is…

Dora! What kid doesn’t love Dora? I know mine does! If it weren’t for our growing collection of Dora the Explorer DVD’s I think we would have had many more sleepless nights. I’m usually not one to just prop my daughter in front of the TV, but when it comes to educational and interactive shows, I actually encourage it.

Over the past year my daughter has learned a plethora of interesting things from Dora, Diego, Ni Hao and other Nick Jr. series. She understands Spanish (and speaks it), has a great insterest in nature and “exploring”, and has shown respect and an interest in other cultures. Of course I assist in the learning process by exposing her to a variety of things, but the seed was definitely planted by her favorite animated characters. As a matter of fact, one of our favorite activities is to visit the Dora & Diego Exibit at the Children’s Museum of Manhattan where children learn about animals, different environments, nature, music, and of course, the Spanish culture.

Later this month, Dora will take on naptime in the all-new DVD Dora the Explorer: Super Babies’ Dream Adventure from Nick Jr. Including four interactive episodes, the DVD features Dora as she reads to her baby twin brother and sister a special Super Babies story that takes them on an exciting naptime adventure.

In the featured episode, “Super Babies’ Dream Adventure,” and Dora has a special naptime story! Once upon a time, the Super Babies were getting ready for their nap but the Dream Fairy never showed up because she was still asleep! With your childs help, the Super Babies try to wake the dream fairy so she can deliver all the happy naptime dreams. The DVD also includes three other new-to-DVD adventures including “Dora Helps the Birthday Wizzle”, “Pirate Treasure Hunt” and “Benny’s Treasure.”

While helping Dora and the Super Babies on these Dream Adventures, preschoolers will learn Spanish language skills, math and matching skills, new songs and games.
