Yes, I love baked goods. I love sweets, chocolate brownies or cake they are tasty! So when I had a chance to try out the tasty Rum cakes from The Great Spirits Baking Company I was very open to trying them out.
When our Orange-Almond with Patrón Citrónge Extra Fine Orange Liqueur came we were very excited to try it. These cakes are the perfect size for two people. Orange-Almond Mini Bundt Cake, the most delicate of the products, is a lovely mix of fragrant crystallized orange peels, almonds, and almond marzipan with a touch of cornmeal for texture. Once out of the oven, They soak the Orange-Almond Mini Bundt Cake in a specially blended Patrón Citrónge Liqueur syrup to moisten the cake and deepen the flavors.
I have to say that you can definitely taste the flavor of the Patrón Citrónge Liqueur, and the orange flavors are to die for. I also loved the little slivers of almonds baked throughout the cake.
The Great Spirits Baking Company offers three tasty mini bundt cakes. Dark Chocolate-Rum Raisin, Mocha Double Chocolate Chunk, and Orange-Almond. They also offer the three together in The Mini Bundt Cake Gift Collection.
