All our tees are fair trade and made under sweatshop-free conditions from 100% organic cotton in the United States or 70% bamboo/30% organic cotton in Turkey. The cotton is cultivated without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, which is good for the environment and for the workers who grow and manufacture the shirts. Naturally sustainable bamboo is fast-growing and, because of its natural antibacterial properties, it needs no pesticides and is 100% biodegradeable.
Last summer I wrote about how much I liked Tees For Change. So I was excited when I had the opportunity to try out one of the fun tees.
I love the raglan sleeve tee I received. I picked the ‘breathe deeply’ bamboo raglan. Made from 70% sustainable bamboo and 30% organic cotton, this raglan tee is luxuriously soft and silky and has an amazing fit. The raw edge raglan sleeves give it a more youthful and playful look. The bamboo fiber is hypoallergenic, absorbent, fast drying and naturally anti-bacterial, making it ideal for yoga, working out or everyday wear.
I am very surprised at how soft the tee is and how comfortable it is. I love that I can wear it for just about anything. plus the slogan on the front gives you a peaceful feeling when you read it.
Another favorite is the “practice peace” unisex tee. This tee is perfect for both men and women. Made from 100% certified organic cotton, this tee is super soft and has a great fit on both men and women. This tee would be perfect for when I am yoga -ing it up with the Wii Fit.
Not only do they have styles for mom, but they have tees for babies and toddlers.
