For the past couple of weeks I have been getting my house organized and trying to restore order to the chaos. I have thrown away countless bags of stuff that I had saved in the past “just in case” I ever needed it. I am done with clutter and done with saving things that don’t have significant sentimental value.
No matter how clean & organized I get the house, I have learned that the dirty clothes will always be a chaotic part of my life. I have about 10 laundry baskets and they take up so much room. Another problem with the laundry baskets is that Brayden thinks it’s fun to throw the clothes out of them and scatter them throughout the house.
Perfect Curve sent me the Hamper Rack earlier this week and I love it!! It has brought even more order into my house lately and I am so excited about it. The hamper rack hangs on a door and has 2 mesh bags that easily attach and un-attach with easy to use hooks.
The Hamper Rack was super easy to put up. It fits on the top and bottom of the door to provide more stability and has adjustable straps so you can make it a perfect fit for your door. I’ve actually had a good time with laundry lately because the Hamper Rack has made it so easy. I have whites up top and colors in the bottom bag.
I have it hanging on the inside of my closet door so it takes up virtually no space in the house. As long as I keep the closet door shut, Brayden can’t sling clothes everywhere.
I was surprised that the bags were so sturdy. They hold a ton of clothes. I can fill the bag completely and it makes a perfect full load of clothes. I fill at least 2 bags daily and can’t understand why we go through so many clothes around here. You would think 10 people live here rather than 3!
Anthony has even started sorting his clothes and putting them in the appropriate bags. This is a HUGE deal!! Normally, his clothes are scattered in all corners of the bedroom. I think he knows I mean business about keeping the house clean. He has found out more than once that he prefers not to face the Wrath of Dore’!!
