They were very easy to fill with water and to strap onto the area above my wrist.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that I did not feel cumbersome weight on my wrist area.

I like the way they work. I did not have to stop during my walk to drink. I simply pulled up the top on the Swiggie and then lifted it to my mouth and drank. My stride was not broken.
