The Oversized Market Bag
Even though my husband seriously despises my over-sized purses, he calls them the “black holes of confusion”, where would I be without them? Between running around from store to store, the post office, mommy and me classes and everywhere else in between, would it be sensible for me to tote around a tiny clutch? Sure, if I want to also carry fifteen extra bags for juice boxes, parcels, extra pants (for my potty-training daughter), books from the library, groceries and everything else that I pick up on my daily escapades! This is why I love the new over-sized market bag trend! They come in lots of fashionable styles and are so convenient, especially for busy moms on-the-go. They are also a great option for those of us that are interested in helping the environment, a lot of shops encourage you to BYOB (bring your own bag) in an effort to help minimize waste, so instead of purchasing five bags from them, bring one that will fit everything. Here are a few of my favorite bags I found on Etsy, most of them are even big enough to carry your laptop around in!

Tortillagirl - French Lace Bag with Adjustable Strap $70.00

Moop - The Fraulein Tote $121

Morelle - Truffle in variegated linen $92.00
The green purse pictured at the top of this post is available here - Laura 2008 – Green multitask bag $40
